 Use the MLS Listing to help you find about how much your home is worth. How do you do that? In the MlS listing pick the area your home is in. Then put in as many of the parameters that match your home. For price, put in a wide range of prices ( say from 100,000 to 3,000,000). You will then see  what homes in your area are listed for. This will give you a general idea what price can list your house for sale.
